The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced the commencement of in-person issuance of Foreign Medical Graduate (FMGs) pass certificates for all the candidates who qualified for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) in June 2024.
The issuance of pass certificates will streamline the certification process for foreign medical graduates seeking to practice in India. To collect their pass certificates, students have to bring an entry slip so as to gain access to the NBEMS office.
Candidates can collect their pass certificates from 20th August 2024 to 21st September 2024 with their original documents as specified in the information bulletin. Moreover, it is to be noted that pass certificates will only be issued to the candidates themselves. Authorized representatives or any other individuals will not be permitted to collect the certificates under any circumstances. Candidates must report to the NBEMS office strictly according to their assigned time slots.
Under any circumstances, if any candidate fails to collect his/her pass certificate on the specified date, they must seek prior approval from NBEMS for a revised collection schedule via the Communication Web Portal within 6 months from the declaration of results.
Failure to collect the certificates within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of their candidature and result in FMGE June 2024, with no further opportunity to collect the pass certificates.
For the latest updates, candidates are advised to visit the NBEMS official website.
