NMC Amends its Latest Notice Against FMGE Compensatory Certificates

NMC’s recent public notice of the 19th of June, 2024 clarifies the eligibility for a one-year internship of students who participated in compensated on-site classes to fulfill online class requirements.

The notice states that if you passed an MBBS-equivalent exam in India and took the compensated in-person classes, you are now eligible for the mandatory one-year internship as per the CRMI Regulations 2021.

It is important to note that all the other requirements remain the same as outlined in the public notice from December 7th, 2023. This update also applies to international students who passed an MBBS-equivalent exam in India and took compensated in-person classes in place of online ones.
